I would recommend if you’re confused on tags like this in the future you should really read the description by clicking the question mark next to the tag. The following is what you would’ve read which makes 100% sense:

bestiality
Sexual activity between feral and non-feral characters (including human, anthro, taur, naga, etc.).

Note that for tagging purposes, human-like intelligence (sapience) does not determine whether or not a character is feral, it is entirely related to their physical form. In other words, if a human transformed into a dog and starts having sex with a non-sapient wolf, it is not considered bestiality (but it is considered feral on feral).

(in case you didn’t know, deathclaws are technically feral)

I didn't know a video could convey being this close to such a creature. I love hearing how her breath is getting louder the closer "we" get to her. The video nailed the POV. Not trying to start a fight but,

The deathclaw in fallout lore is a mutated variation of the real world's Jackson chameleon.

Since I don't want to type out a whole paragraph, here is the first part of the backstory section in the fallout fandom wiki page for the deathclaw. And I quote,

"Originally engineered before the Great War by the U.S. government as a cheap replacement for human troops during combat operations, deathclaws were derived from a mixed animal stock, primarily the popular Jackson's chameleon."

Therefore stating that yes, it Is indeed considered feral, as it is a form of animal without a humanoid body.

Hope this clears any confusion.

if you fuck a wild or domesticated animal, it's bestiality, while yes the deathclaw is on two legs, they are still feral, wild(or ia case or two, intelligent/sapient like humans, might be mods, forgor) animals that just happen to be on two legs, so, with all that we know about deathclaws, and this not being changed at all, this would still be considered bestiality, as it's with a, well, beast.
