Goblins and Food
Goblin is upset that his friends play with food instead of helping him carry it back to their lair. Sometimes goblins hunt for a food in rural villages nearby , often targeting single, weak women, like this farmer girl who work alone in the fields.

After raping and killing her, the goblin dismembers the body, leaving only the torso, so it can be carried easily. Although the legs are easier to carry and have a lot of meat, the body is more entertaining to the goblins waiting in the lair, being both a toy and food in one.

So they eat the legs right there to gain energy and bring the torso back to their lair.
