This is the BOS character Rocky (nicknamed Rook)
I love this picture by lonbluewolf and wanted to show it off from a while ago.
I apologize but I don't have a profile for her except an outline.

Name: Brooklyn Koemi

Super hero name: Rocky

DOB: (Thinking 1991)

Costume: Dark one-piece lightweight reinforced body glove with sleek flexible white coated fabric-like panels, which forms a bodice and short dress. Matching braces and knee-high boots. The ensemble is trimmed with thin gold pipping to match her hair and finished with a practical but decorative belt containing unknown gadgets, gizmos and other useful items.

Power: Aura (Life force manipulation) allowing for faster than normal running speed. At a comfortable pace, Rocky's body becomes surrounded with a ghostly light. Maxed out, her body glows like a darksaber -

*Aura allows for extraordinary strength but even then, strength is not her area of specialty.
*Aura allows Rocky a few abilities such as sensing out other supers with powers, (like spider-sense)
*Aura defends her mind from mental mind probes and mind manipulations
*Adds as a barrier against projectiles but is limited in how much physical protection it adds, as Rocky would rather doge.

Rocky has her origins set in Australia, while her mother is Japanese

Brooklyn lives with mother due to the father's busy scheduled life as a scientist on expedition. Brooklyn 's parents separate in 2003 - (age 12)
The mother knows of Brooklyn's power and decides moving to set up their noodle bar business in Colmaton, the city of heroes, that Rocky may not have to live her life so secretively.

Father adopts Antarctress who escapes her abusive father (age 14-16) the following year - 2004

2013 - Dr Logan and Antarctress's venture out goes wrong, turning Antractress into who she is today. Dr Logan dies

2015 - Brooklyn works with her mother at the "Slurp 'n' Gulp' Noddle Bar and will one day take over the business. In the meanwhile, Brooklyn doubles as Rocky, the black ' white neon aura glowing speedster who has successfully joined the BOS and is 6 months fresh out of the academy
