A form of art where one takes a solid substance of some sort, and removes part of it to leave an image of some sort.

This may be considered creating art if one is an artist and is making something complex or somehow notable, however, to be tagged with creating art it should be in the middle of being carved on screen. However, someone caring their initials into a tree would likely not count as art creation.

This tag refers to both the act of making a carving, and the work of art as well.

One may carve a statue or sculpture, or work in wood, or stone.
