Rainforest ramiotran are a variant of ramiotran, a species created by Ratte, and one of the intelligent species of the legacy stories.

typical fur color: dark taupe with umber countershading, gloves, and feet
typical markings color: darker taupe face, neck, back, and upper arms
typical horn color: dark grey to black
typical hair colors: very dark brown to black
typical eye colors: deep chocolate brown through toffee brown

-lower-set ears than the others
-short tail without tail fan

-short forward-facing horns, knobbed similarly to their males'
-tail is slightly longer in general (still no tail fan), mane is kept longer
-very short neck fringe, if any
-face still generally cattle-like, long eyelashes
-wrist and foot feathering is longer than on males
-no facial hair, but body fur of females is generally softer than on males
The southerns are the largest on average, occupying the dense equatorial rainforests of the south. Despite their position, their exports are quite sought after, consisting of special wooden wares and medicinal plants or extracts. They usually live around the rivers of the rainforests and are rarely seen outside their native biome. They are the bulkiest group on average, built best for strength.
