For transformations that only or primarily affect the genitals of a character, and usually applies for same-sex transformations (such as M equine_penis -> M canine_penis, or F humanoid_pussy -> F feline_pussy). Can be used for gender_transformation if and only if the genital is transformed independently from the gender (M humanoid_penis -> F canine_pussy is allowed, M canine_penis -> F canine_pussy not allowed).

As a general rule, this tag should not be tagged alongside species_transformation, gender_transformation or any other tag that implies a transformation that affects a character's whole body. However, this can be used if one page of a comic specifically focuses on the transformation of the genitalia.
