Drip effect is a tag for fluid mechanics (fluid strings, drips, melting) applied to narrative, or expressive elements such as speech bubbles, text, hearts, and other symbols. These effects probably shouldn't be tagged as dripping.

Not to be confused with

• dripping - Dripping within the scene that applies to non-narrative elements should use this tag instead.

Dripping that applies to narrative elements that are physically in the scene (such as writing in wet paint) are a grey area. It probably makes sense to tag as both.
