When a character's tongue is shown laying on, pressed against, or being licked across a transparent surface. This is most commonly seen with a character licking the "surface" of the "fourth wall", as if they're licking the viewer's screen, but frequently also involves a piece of glass (such as a window) that actual exists within the scene.
