Insulting viewer is when an insulting statement or gesture is directed towards the viewer.

For this tag to apply to post, it almost invariably implies a first person view and/or breaking the fourth wall (however, a sequence may reveal it to be directed at another character). Some posts involve characters flirting or teasing the viewer while playfully being mean, rather than an insult to be taken at face value, especially when the insults are based on the viewer being perverted; in these cases, they are insults of endearment.
