The Vectorman 1 prototype's gameplay demos seem to be from earlier level/enemy/object layouts.

Oooooooh. So this is what the odd egg sprite in Vectorman 1 Train level is. Vectorman's train form shadow. I found it first in the earliest known Vectorman 2 proto and it seems to be the same.
