Non player controlled Pawn actors in Unreal 1 will attempt to jump if the physics notifies them they're at a ledge. So, somehow I created some bizzare inescapable loop of jumping when I shock combo'd that Mercenary so close to that cliff face that every single time it landed, it was "theoretically" touching a ledge because of how the walking physics works when you touch a steep incline like that.
I could literally backtrack all the way to where I had started on that map and back there and that monster would not have moved or broken out of that infinite jumping loop.
This is a nearly impossible to reproduce bug, by the way.
