I don't even know how it's possible for me to have disabled them, I never even touched the settings once

Whatever it is you wanted to Dmail me about couldn't possibly be good, possibly were going to badmouth me and others in private, given your previous outings. I'll assume it's because of a ticket you received from me, reporting you for your rule breaking behavior
