I'm just gonna leave this here. Long story short: The main writer of Digimon Tamers wrote a script for a live reading at the latest convention, using it as a platform to promote far right rhetoric and it features Political Correctness as a villain, who uses Cancel Culture as an attack.

I wish I could make this up, this is the kinda thing you'd expect from an edgy amateur writer to come up with. It makes me feel bad for having watched the series a couple of years ago, talk about defiling a show.

>Far right
How is he far right, even? The political Spectrum is more than just Left vs right, Democrat vs Republican. Oh, and Cancel Culture IS a cancer. Please, a writer for a show having different political or social views does not mean you can't enjoy his/her works.

i don't think the issue is having different political views so much as it is the way it was presented. cancel culture is of course detrimental but political correctness isn't really the enemy. plus it is pretty embarrassing to watch it be put into a show aimed at kids
