Oh, I forgot that you have to own an account in order to actually do anything more than viewing- wait a minute, they can still email the staff directly via the email address provided in the ban reason. They don't need to use takedown system at all. Unless stupid bureaucracy does not allow for takedowns via other means

They can't find the means to email or otherwise contact the site admins without coming to the site. Nor can they verify their stuff is here or provide links to the offending posts without looking at the site.
