I love that I am going to be unemployed for a month

for having not only stood up to bullying in the workplace, for having reported bullying in the workplace.

I am literally being forced into the impossible situation of having to return to work with a bully who knows I have outed them

or taking a leave of absence

as they are a manager, and can do no wrong.

Gotta love corporate HR departments.

but in my shoes, usually when I finally find a better job I had to give my two weeks notice on my old job.

But I didn’t. I ditched the hell outta there without them knowing. Eventually they found out but haven’t heard from a word from them. Heh!
