The hard limit is pretty much when the neutrals start to become negs. They are basically the admins telling you to behave yourself. If you start getting negs I'd start to worry but neutrals are fine as long as you stop doing what you got them for. lol

yea i guess so,like i have learnt atleast something from the neutrals i've gotten
