@Dragonlord2328: You haven't experienced true bad until you've had to try 3 times before you get some idiot to understand that your 3DS's stylus is busted so you need a new one. Or ask the most dumbed down question ever and get "I don't know how to help :(" from someone with the fancy title of key account manager. Bergsala is the actual literal worst...
