On here the best way is to point them to the relevant resource:

Blaclist guidlines
Tag what you see
etc.

At that point you've done all you can. If they don't listen after that then just let them get their own records, don't get more of your own. :)

I may not be able to rant, but seeing them banned or getting a record puts a vengeful Grinch-like smile on my face.
