Congestion is the worst. Here’s a tip for you:

Whatever nostrils is congested the most, (left or right) use your thumb and add major pressure upwards on your cheekbone and left or right towards your ear.

1: So if you have a stuffy nose on your right for example, it’s ⬆️ and ➡️.

2: Then, while you’re adding HARD pressure on your cheekbones, pull your ear lobe HARD outwards away from your head. (Kinda like your mom pulling your ear when you’re in trouble).

3: Arc your head all the way up looking at the ceiling and take a DEEP breath while pressuring your cheekbone and pulling your ear lobe.

4: Hold your breath for as long as you can. Until you can’t hold your breath any longer, arc your head down and exhale while letting go your cheekbone and ear lobe all simultaneously.

You’ll feel your nostril start to drip from all of that built up pressure and you’ll smell again for several minutes.
