Sonic 1 prototype FCOL3.ASM source code fragment fixed

Replaced the spaces with proper taps, added partial comments to ;sprvo, ;sprho, ;sprvs, ;sprhs.

There is some jpn text which can be made out after inverting some frames near start of vid with file menu.

Also fixed FCOL.BAK part. It was actually scdtblwk,a2. Found some symbols in Sonic 2-Nick Arcade which are present in Sonic 1 Feb 1990 source code fragments.
