15$ its not enough for CIS (second world), one trip to the store. But when i was a student, i could live on 200$ per month (pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, egg)
@Daleport996: it'd be hard to stretch $15 out for three days here, I could spend more than that going through a drive thru.
Maybe if I bought a bunch of ramen and carried them out, they started charging for plastic bags now too.
