Feedback is generally done by the mods, there are 4 types of feedback
1. Positive, you are actively doing good for the e6 community (i think getting that famed green bar is the best thing that can happen here)
2.neutral, most common one, generally used for small warnings by not following rules
3.negative, means you messed up big time by repeatidly getting the same neutral warnings
4.ban or "suspention", should be self explanatory
