Nope for two reasons:
1. Tap water isn't drinkable right away (I boil it first in an electric kettle),
2. My "apartment" doesn't have a sink, but there is a tap in the bathroom where I get water from.

I do notice, though, that the water from both the shower and the tap gets pretty warm during the day. According to the landlady it's because the sun heats up the water lines. ^{_{Tapping into solar power as one might say.}}
