What a way to start Spooktober…

I woke up this morning, felt a pop in my lower back, shrugged it off like it was nothing, hours later, the “pop” started to radiate with sharp excruciating pain…

Either I pulled a muscle, or I think I have a herniated disc. 😣💢

The skeletons have commenced their first attack.

Ok but seriously though, due to my less than ideal sleeping position (on my stomach), I pop my spinal column like every morning. It's notyetpainful, but waking up is hella uncomfortable when I don't pop them.

Man, I don't really have a great track record for my own health, do I.

@Doomguy666: Check if there's an engine.

@Daleport996:

I’m immobilized at the moment. It hurts so bad I can’t even move my legs nor twist my torso. It’s hell to walk without having a stabbing pain knock you down like I just fainted. Hell, I have to use my dad’s old cane for support.

I’m writing to you guys while I’m bedridden with nothing but my heated lumbar pack and my phone. I hope it’s not severe…
