Unfortunately I got even worse news: I thought that using Tylenol and a long moments rest overnight would help me feel better…

…Nope. I couldn’t get out of bed without having my sister help me out. The pain got worse…

I’m currently on crutches at the moment to help keep my back sturdy. A wheelchair would’ve helped but don’t have one. I just made an appointment with my doctor and will be out of work for the next 2 weeks. All of this because I popped something thinking it was nothing… 😞

I’ll keep you guys updated if anything happens.
