I wish I can be one of those people who can plan a new routine and stick to it.

I have to read a bunch of materials for tomorrow, so I set up an alarm to kinda schedule a study time. But I was in the middle of something else when it rang and forgot about it. So I took a nap.

Couldn't focus to read when I woke up, so I played Gmod for a while. When I came to my senses, it was already evening. So I started reading again. Now I'm awake in the middle of the night on e621 because I was bored. I haven't even finished reading the whole thing.

Sometimes I wonder how did I even manage to get accepted into college at all, lmao.

I recommend the talks of "No boilerplate", try the polyphasic sleep, and the rewire your brain routines

My new routine is going surprisingly well. I'm waking up earlier, drinking more water, consuming less sugar, eating better, etc. I've actually lost weight if you could believe it. My mood has improved considerably as well. I haven't felt this good in a really long time.
