It seems as if it may try to provide an optimized interface to (at least some part of ) common e621 browsing, like viewing posts, tagging,.. maybe it can be summarized as 'e621 desktop client, analogous to e1537 for mobile'?

I don't know if this is supposed to be intentionally obscured so that presumably only 'e621 ReBot v2' users will know what it is, but I don't think that providing a README.md that fails to explain what their project does, and no further documentation to address this issue, is a good way to encourage people to want to test their project.
