Went to pick up my dogs from the groomers, spent a good 5 minutes in there to receive them, paid the cashier, went back outside…
And noticed somebody broke and entered someone’s car. Their trunk complete fucked, their back window shattered, and the man was howling in anger while his (friend/partner?) tried to call the police. I quickly put my dogs in my car and hurried out as fast as I could. I didn’t want any part of being a witness.

I can speak from experience, being a witness sucks
Long story short, some dude ran a cyclist over and i was just walking nearby
But both parties ask the exact same question like 3 times over, and when you say something that a party doesnt like, they question your credibility (even though YOU are the one thats not biased)
and even if you tell the whole truth you get NOTHING because (legally speaking) you cant receive money/ promises because that could count as bribery.
In short: dont be a witness. Its a waste of time and you only make enemies.
