Apparently its a mascot for a bakery company which is traded in the mexican stock exchange according to google

indeed bimbo is a mexican brand that does bread and pastries. although the Osito Bimbo® is presumably no longer used in his native homeland after the ban on mascots in food, he still lives on internationally as I can confirm in the one (1) place near me that sells bimbo stuff (including pre-toasted toast, which looks and feels about as unappetizing as it sounds)
