page anchors, they're mostly meant for long wiki pages. I was mostly just wondering if they were restricted from being added to comment-type DText by normal member-level user. it does seem kind of odd that it'd just be [color] that's restricted.

ooh! I just thought of something, do you think anyone has tried to link the wikipage for quote before? because I also wonder what it'd think of me if I did this: quote.

They weren't/aren't restricted before/anymore and that's why e621:wiki and e621:accounts got updated. For dtext functionality, I think color is the only difference between Member and priv+
