that name change had to have happened in the last week or so, since I had added the account's ID to my user highlighter CSS thing fairly recently, and the old name was still there when I did it. it just seems really odd thing to do in general, but doing it after a full month of inactivity...

yeah, dosn't seem like much. if it isn't just random I'm not sure what else it could be. I'm not sure of any places that use 10-length base64 numbers as IDs for something, although, offhand the only places I'm really only aware of that use base64 at all are YouTube, which uses 11, and PasteBin, which uses 8.
