Well, i really would like to know how to block comments/ignore specific persons on e621. I clicked on the profile of them, but there isn't any button/option for this. So how can i ignore them? Some of their comments annoy me. Thank you for useful answers.

Blacklist has a check box that states "Apply blacklisted users to forum posts, comments, Dmails, and blips"

Check that and use "user:username" to block a user. Specified near the end of the page here.

Use user:name_here on a new line in your blacklist, and tick the box about "[ ] Apply blacklisted users to forum posts, comments, Dmails, and blips" below the blacklist.

While you've already got your answer, eSix Extend adds a blacklist user button to their profile which can be helpful for the future.
