All of the results are art sites with pictures, just like here, which is why I asked. Believe it or not I did google it first.

Thus I just wanted to know if there's actually something behind all of the art which is all you find by googling it, or if it's just someone's character.

Every image tagged 'sharon_(dodomayo)' on danbooru is also tagged 'original' so I'd assume that means it's someone's character.
