The fact that people don't just use peafowl, instead of actually differentiating between the two genders?

The thing about peacocks and peahens is, in layman's terms, peafowl reproduce asexually.

In peafowl's terms, the eye of one of their tail feathers blinks, creating another universe in which a new peafowl emerges as its lord. Individual godhood is irrelevant, as they can inhabit all universes simultaneously. Peacocks inhabit the rainbow rave universe, where their female counterparts, the peahens, choose not to visit.

This is why peahens are of no particular interest to anybody.

I know a lot of peafowl facts.

Peafowl cannot fly. Rather, they spread their wings and the universe revolves around them, giving the illusion of flight to three-dimensional observers.

Baby peafowl are called peachicks. They are born without developed crests, otherwise known in the zoological community as headpoof antennae.

Because of this lack of headpoof antennae, they cannot tune into their fellow peafowls' telepathic frequencies, dooming them to a childhood without meaningful communication. In an attempt to make up for this, they study interpretive dance and Lady Gaga, further cementing their uselessness.

The peafowl's piercing call is simply a primal plea for understanding and love.

All peacocks are technically immortal.

Sometime this century, they will convene at Stonehenge to form a massive, iridescent satellite dish to concentrate the Sun's rays into a death beam that will ignite the ozone layer, causing everyone and everything to explode in a cloud of sequins and confetti.

This technicolored spectacle is guaranteed to leave everyone breathless.
