(Coincidentally, maybe also make whisky aliased to whiskey; both are correct spellings, but whiskey is more widely used. A preventative measure, so to speak)

We could add other alcohol types to the list as well, like gin, vodka, etc., if we think they can be easily identified for proper tagging.
