I think the op who thought human art should be allowed was right. Based on the fact we have a blacklisting system that allows users to chose what they want to (or not to) see and that I'm sure a great deal don't blacklist 'human -furry' or 'human friendship_is_magic' art because they like it... And finally, if there were a few of these images that were even deleted from the rule why bother with something so small?... And if there actually had been a decent number then that's a lot of content someone must have enjoyed and thus validated it being on the site.

As for what Princess Celestia said. I think a great way to cut back on the MLP would be by making it so you can't post those lazy MLP memes. Let's be honest, the bulk of the MLP stuff that needs to go is just a random screen cap with a meme stuck on... The humanized art is actually better as it provides real content rather than someone's lazy screenshot with a little text.

No matter how I look at it there just wasn't enough reason to put this rule in place. The only other explanations fall into ulterior motives and I'm not gonna even go into detail on them and will instead cut short with this. It's either trolling or an attempt to get the foot in the door for even worse rules that will have a devastating impact to the content on the site. For once I'm rather hoping it's trolling... Yep, a joke... That would be way better here. I mean really... This isn't 4chan, is it? Cause if it is I'm sure we can get some /b/tards up in here to start screaming furfag at all of us... ((Not a pretty image, is it?))

So yeah... I should apologize for saying all this, but in my defense I'm only looking at this from a purely objective stand point and systematically pointing out why the rule is kinda pointless. I don't know what is going on, but whatever it is it makes me worry about the future of the site. Sorry for being concerned about this place...

Let me correct you on a few very VALID points here. One, we're not doing the whole freaky cub thing Furaffinity did.

Humans on a whole are allowed, but are up purely to moderator discression on what is, or is NOT allowed. Any human image is up for deletion at any time, and can be deleted at the moderators discretion.

Two, Humanized MLP is allowed to an extent, Purely human MLP is not allowed {meaning no animal traits, no feral, or anthro creatures in the picture with them} MLP Meme's are also not allowed, but again fall under moderator discretion and if they find something FUNNY, they'll allow it. This is why the brushie brushie meme, and the T.V. Meme that have plagued Ponibooru are not here.

Just because this rule was put in place, doesn't make this 4chan, its an attempt to stim a large influx of MLP art, and given that the series WILL be restarting soon causing another massive influx of art, it will be staying in place.

There was a good reason for the rule, and the mods put it in place in such a way that it did not affect a large majority of the art on the site. They could do the 4chan thing, and just ban ponies as a whole. That would make there lives easier, but would upset a large group of people. If a rule to stem the tide was necessarily, this is the best option I can come up with for one.

If you dont like it, suggest something else, and maybe, we can change the current rule.

I think you should take a good guess on that issue. Considering that his name is "Halo boy" there are either two options. A) He is born in '96 therefore a minor. b) He was so thrilled by Bill Clinton's reelection that he named this account that way.
