Ever since this whole "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" with Chrome and Windows XP There is an hour in which I can acess E621 from Chrome.. Usually between 12 and 1 am Central Time. It is 12:45am as I write this.

If it goes out after this.. I will report back on Firefox. It is really weird that my computer ignores or E621 changes it's Certificate between 12 and 1 am Central time. Cause everything is fine around this time.. then it starts blocking it again..

It has been 5 hours and I can still get on E621 on chrome. I hate to jinxes it but does this mean it's fixed?
