I cannot for the life of me find this image: a dreanei bent over female tail in the air with someone yanking the hole of the pants the tail comes thorugh down view of butt.
Also, http://rule34.paheal.net/post/view/273816 SFD. Do they have a current alias or are they a ninja artist?

Based on the date, it doesn't seem to be on FA (I looked through draenei to 2010). SFD is probably the artist, but they don't seem to have an account anywhere that I can find. It's possible that it's actually an acronym but I have no idea what. No aliases are in place.
That's about all I could find.

For the second picture, that's definitely duckdraw's logo and older style. SFD being sad_fat_duck which they used to use.
Edit: Also, they are on paheals DNP list for some reason and those pics must have slipped by.
