Danbooru (anime/hentai), Gelbooru (anime/hentai), TBIB (allows everything including furry and photographs), rule34.xxx (self-explanatory), xbooru (appears to permit anything that's porn, including furry and photos). You could also explore booru.org, which has an enormous number of boorus of wildly varying quality (rule34.xxx is one of theirs and looks pretty good, but there's also booru after booru where the only tags are "tagme").

There's another rule34 booru that's probably better known. I'm leaving it out because I'm assuming that "like this [site]" means at least not actively imposing terrible tagging.

I'm not aware of any board for human art (or even permitting human art) that allows SFW western-style art (though there might be one on booru.org).

it's mainly in japanese but the search bar works (as long as you know the spelling for tags. pretty much all words we use here probably work there too). sankaku complex, furry and human there, mostly human though i think.

Pixiv.net has an entire boatload of human art (mostly your typical anime-style stuff, unsurprising since it's a Japanese site with 99% Japanese artists). You need to register or sign in with something like your Google+ account to see NSFW though.

There is one but it hasn't been updated in a while.
