Implicating miltank -> pokemon
Reason: Miltank is a Pokémon.

(I would normally add an implication to the queue, but I get an error page whenever I click on "implications." I apologize)

This might already exist.
The last time I checked, there were tons of pending Pokemon implications. Nobody's just got around to accepting those yet.
