There's the unknown_artist tag for people that want to hunt down artists for images that don't have them (and arttags:0 search for images that don't even have that tag). And the hassource:false search term if you want to work on adding sources to images.

I think a thread for the purpose of sharing individual posts in need would be slightly ineffective given the number of images those searches pull up.
