singular to plural is usual for these kind of tags

Technically, muscle is also a valid plural, especially when you are referring to a pile of muscle cells. Dat's a lot of muscle.

I don't know why I'm rambling, I'm probably not even right, that's just my thoughts and observations, and I'm not going to back any of it up. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong.
