Aliasing cock_ribbon → penis_ribbon

Reason:

bow_on_penis got aliased to penis_ribbon (forum #170210).

If we are combining bows and ribbon, then we could do:
hair_bow -> hair_ribbon
tail_bow -> tail_ribbon
penis_bow -> penis_ribbon
bow_on_tail -> tail_ribbon

Otherwise:
bow_on_penis should alias to penis_bow instead
bow_on_tail -> tail_bow

+1 for penis_ribbon -> cock_ribbon. Or make things fun and alias both to wrapped_package.

penis_ribbon is a pretty small tag, and is mostly bows anyways, the others are a lot bigger and may not quite fit. However, I'm going to go ahead and move the alias to penis_bow.

So basically:

A bow can be a type of knot, not always made with a ribbon. It's possible to make a bow out of a long bacon, in example.
With that in mind, I'm bumping this because I think the implication hair_bow -> hair_ribbon is incorrect.
