Requested feature overview description. The ability for a user to sticky posts, that would then appear on the top of the forum for them.
Why would it be useful? This would allow the user to prioritize threads should they get updated, and/or monitor (lack of better word) the thread so they could update it or review it. A hypothetical situation is MrGunNuts_12, who wishes to keep a tab on her own thread "Guns, Guns, and more Guns!". Instead of it being swallowed in with other updated threads, she'd sticky it so the thread appears first, regardless of whether or not it was updated; and it'll be the first thread that shows as updated when it gets updated.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected? The Forums.
Siral specific quip about this: I can see this being better implemented into the user settings, it would also make it easy to organize it "by priority" if done in there. Of course, I don't know anything about coding, so...
