Currently I am thinking of aliasing:
angry_dragon, cum_from_nose, cum_out_nose, nose_cum -> cum_through_nose
and implicating:
cum_through_nose -> cum_in_nose
in an attempt to differentiate posts like

The problem is, I'd rather have an individual tag for each to differentiate between them than using the absence of the cum_trough_nose tag.
Any ideas?

There was previous consensus to use cum_from_mouth or cum_from_nose for these and similar tags.

I agree entirely with your assessment of cum_through_nose -> cum_in_nose

Right, I shifted things around. Basically, the aliases and implications are the same as before except cum_from_nose takes place of cum_through_nose.

Aliases:
angry_dragon -> cum_from_nose
cum_out_nose -> cum_from_nose
cum_through_nose-> cum_from_nose
nose_cum -> cum_from_nose

Implications:
cum_from_nose -> cum
cum_from_nose -> cum_in_nose
