I don't upload pictures on a device that can search images in google, so I have no way of telling if an image has been uploaded already. Please make a feature!

Also I have no way of telling if a picture I post is from an artist that doesn't want to be posted, I upload stuff I find on google images.

Damn, awesome. What about the artist problem though? I don't really look at different art styles too well to see who made it, and I don't know any logos.

You can try other services like Google reverse image search and TinEye. They don't always find the artist's homepage but it's better than nothing.

To check if an image has already been uploaded, use http://iqdb.harry.lu/ (or just search for the image using tags). It would be nice if this feature were built in.
If you don't know who the artist is then you might be uploading art from a DNP artist. That's a risk you're taking. Also this means you're probably not getting the art from an original source, which means it could get deleted when the original higher quality version gets uploaded.
I did find the artist of post #1080358 which you uploaded, I just used right click and search Google for image. Result #3 gave me an original source.
Tbh I would never upload pictures from Google images. It doesn't index FA, which is where most furry art comes from, so you're not getting high quality art.

Some Tumblr and Rule34 posters have the decency to add source links, so if you do search with Google Images and come across those, you may be in luck.

Those R34 posters are the saints amongst sinners. Them and the ones who source (or at least name the artist) on chan sites and shifty image boards.
But if you have to resort to those sites, you are really shooting in the dark...

I've added artists and sources to just about all of your posts. Sources can be found for most of your posts (9/14) just by clicking Reverse SauceNAO search at the bottom of the post. Most of your posts (8/14) will likely be deleted as inferior versions of existing posts or inferior versions of the original pictures. Again I cannot recommend Google images as a good way to find new pictures.
