Reason:

Could not actually do the multi_ear variation, because multi-ears already aliases to it. The tags should all alias to a single plural version, rather than to a singular version, since the tag refers to the presence of multiple ears.

Other tags to alias:

• multi-ears (Delete old alias)
• multi_ear
• multiple_ear

Was addressed slightly in forum #162637

I think we were trying to go for multi_* in most cases?
