As in, the hands placed up above and framing the breasts.

I haven't seen any tag like it (see this page for possible matches), but maybe you can find some results whilst searching on kneeling hand_on_breast?

Just found out about begging_pose, but not all cases like in the OP would count as begging

(really depends on context)
There're also tones of presenting_breasts, but again not always applicable

if one doesn't exist, seems like a new tag might be needed

Oposite would be presenting_crotch

And yes they would.
Difference would be that one is presenting_anus and is on_back while the other would be presenting_pussy and on all_fours. Not aware of any singular tag that can fully describe those poses.

Yep.
Here's an easy way to differentiate them in searches: presenting_hindquarters ass_up and presenting_hindquarters on_back.

Generally yes. Which is why I felt that presenting_anus wasn't really needed: it's already covered by presenting_hindquarters. I haven't found much use for the former so far.

For me presenting_anus is usually restricted to stuff like post #951654 and post #935820. I'd be happy if the default was female/intersex = hindquarters (unless it's clearly a specific hole) and male = anus.

closest existing, populated tag i can think of is presenting_hindquarters, but as mentioned above, the usage isn't always synonymous with presenting_crotch

(mostly for bipeds, and to a lesser extent, most quadrupeds)

I'm a bit confused as to what exactly you're looking for.

If you looking for a pose, you have lying, on_back, on_side, on_front, all_fours, which are tags irrelevant to how the viewer is positioned.

The presenting tags however, are more relative to where the viewer and character are facing, and the tags don't really care about the rotation of the character.

Looking at your first thumbnail comparison, the only difference I see between the two is that one is on_back and other one is on all_fours or on_front. But they're both tagged with the same presenting tags. So I think that presenting on_back would encompass what you're looking for.

Btw, do you know what the word perpendicular means? :P

Presenting_* group is for 'presenting' some part of body for sex. And in case of crotch, isn't that already covered by presenting_penis, presenting_pussy, and presenting_cloaca..
