-1 id use this for where the impression of a penis is clearly visible, not just a undistinct bump around the crotch. that alone is good enough for a scale and then there is hyper_bulge for those that are just absurd in size. I dont see what you mention being a big enough problem that it should lead to a alias. there will always some form of overlap...

The center example in the wiki is ok thru the text and other 2 images could use some editing.
