This way, people can still search for invalid tags to remove, but know what they were, in cases where the invalid tag was supposed to refer to something that could have been taggable.

It'd be better to do away with invalid_tag entirely, and simply pop up an error message on upload/edit if an invalid tag is entered.

invalid_tag works best as one tag because it allows us to use Mass Edit and remove every instance of it with one button press, which wouldn't be possible with multiple invalid_tag_* tags.

Hm, I thought that mass edit would with with * modifiers. Ah blah.
